The Concept - The SAVBAM (
Sound
And Vision
Brand
Awareness Module) is aimed at the Corporate and Charitable Golf Event
markets with an aim to deliver maximum return on investment for sponsors. In either of these markets,
golf hole sponsorship is a regular feature, as a means of offsetting
costs to the organisers, whilst raising money for good causes.
How Does It Work?
The SAVBAM is a clever device which sits in the bottom of the cup. When
looking into the golf hole the Sponsor's logo can be clearly seen. The clever
part is when the competitor's golf ball drops
into the cup a 10 second sound bite is activated. This is a recording of the
Sponsor's strap line – or indeed any message at all the Sponsor chooses!
If the message is inaudible when the successful stroke or putt is made, the
message is replayed when the competitor retrieves their golf ball from the
hole - bringing their attention to both the logo and message. 100% capture!
This level of retention of the Sponsor's Brand could never be achieved by more
traditional methods!
Each bespoke module is produced at surprisingly low cost to the Organiser.
